Brands label strength differently (some use dots on the lid, some use words), so we show the same 5-dot scale and word on every tin.

Why the Same mg Can Feel Different

Two tins with the same mg can feel different. Flavour, cooling, moisture and pouch shape all change how quickly you notice the nicotine. A very icy 9 mg mint can feel stronger than a sweet 9 mg fruit pouch. That's why we show both the strength and a taste profile on every tin.

Moving Up or Down

Change one step at a time, for example from 6 mg to 8 or 9 mg, and give it a few days before deciding. If a pouch feels too strong, take it out; there's no need to finish it.
